About C.O.P.E.

This project collectively builds on existing partnerships with local, regional, state and national agencies to address the opioid epidemic in rural communities. The work uses a recovery capital framework, which actively promotes community protective factors and reduces the impact of risk factors. This project works to prevent opioid use and support sustained recovery by:

Engaging with communities and community partners.
Enhancing opioid prevention efforts.
Building effective and sustainable systems and supports to reduce overdoses.
Expanding understanding and options for treatment.
